If you ordered on the LEGO Shop lately you may have been delivered by a different carrier than the one usually used by LEGO: Private Parcel, ex Adrexo. It seems that LEGO is gradually changing provider, abandoning Chronopost in favor of this probably more economical solution.
This carrier is not unanimous, far from it, among the customers of the various merchants who use its services: lost or damaged parcels, paying customer service and relocated with interlocutors who do not necessarily know what they are talking about, niches delivery announced too wide, random tracking, return of parcel to the sender for no particular reason, delivery in letterbox when delivery must be made against signature, etc ... The list of complaints is long.
If you recently ordered from LEGO and had a problem with delivery via Private Parcel, please let us know in the comments. It is not a question here of putting this carrier on trial, but rather of identifying the problems actually encountered by some of you.
