Today we are quickly interested in the content of the LEGO Harry Potter set 40577 Hogwarts Grand Staircase, a box of 224 pieces which will be offered from July 15 to 31, 2022 subject to purchase at LEGO. You will have to pay at least €130 in products from the Harry Potter range to get this little product.

We know the song, it's Harry Potter, it's in the spirit of the promotional set 40452 Hogwarts Gryffindor Dorms  offered in October 2021 (from 100 € of purchase), it is compatible with other modules already marketed in the range and fans of this universe should easily find an excuse to spend the minimum amount required in order to be offered this small extension of one of their favorite playset.

The interpretation of Grand Staircase of Hogwarts delivered here is far from taking those who borrow it to the tenth floor but the representation is still correct with some portraits hung on the walls and the Fat Lady who guards the entrance to the Gryffindor tower is there on its plate to unclip flanked by a large sticker.

The assembly of the construction only takes a few minutes and you have to stick on the way a very large handful of stickers whose background color is not really in line with the support but the result is acceptable and for a promotional product I think that it is even rather successful. The staircase obviously pivots on its axis and four connection points are provided on the two walls in order to install the construction in the center of your various modules.

The only minifigure provided is that of Hermione Granger, here dressed in a skirt installed on a pair of legs in two colors and flanked by the torso available since 2021. The head and the hair are in a dozen sets of the range, nothing something new in this box.

No Chocolate Frog cards to collect or trade in this little set, the concept is over.

If you are a fan of the range, you will probably not want to miss this product which will therefore complete the playset with green roofs in its "20th anniversary" version, regularly expanded with new modules since 2021. It remains to be hoped that you have not taken advantage of the various previous promotional operations to buy the products that were missing from your collection, otherwise you will have to buy back one or more products that you may already have...

On arrival, there is no real debate to be had around this product: this promotional set is in any case exclusive to the official store and it will not be possible to buy it separately except through resellers. from the secondary market who are sure to charge you a high price for it.

We briefly talk about the LEGO Harry Potter polybag 30435 Build Your Own Hogwarts Castle with a new product visual now online on the online service which hosts LEGO product instructions: It will obviously be possible to assemble not three but at least eight different versions of Hogwarts to choose from with the inventory of a single polybag.

I think I just found the Hogwarts version that will have the right to be on my shelves, I never really wanted to bother with classic versions to compose with the different sets of the range and this bag in several copies will do the trick.

We do not yet know if this polybag will be offered directly by LEGO, for example next June to accompany the launch of new products in the range. I'm going to be patient anyway, the secondary market should be full of sachets very quickly.
