After several weeks of teasing which increased the pressure among the fans, LEGO finally unveils the and LEGO Ideas 21309 NASA Apollo Saturn V.
In the box, 1969 pieces (probable nod to July 20, 1969) to assemble the various elements including the 1 meter high rocket (scale 1: 110).
No minifigs, but three microfigs representing astronauts Buzz Aldrin, Neil Armstrong, and the in-orbit Apollo 11 command module pilot, Michael Collins.
This is the largest set in the LEGO Ideas range released to date in terms of parts and final product dimensions.
Listed retail prices: $ 119.99 / € 119.99 / £ 109.99. Available from June 1st.
Have fun with this massive LEGO® brick model of the Saturn V launcher from NASA's Apollo mission. Faithful reproduction of the rocket down to the smallest detail, this model has 3 removable stages, including the S-IVB section with the lunar module and the orbiter.
This set also includes 3 stands to display the model horizontally, as well as 3 minifigures of astronauts with which you can experience incredible adventures on the Moon. You'll also find a booklet on the Apollo Manned Missions and the passionate designers behind this LEGO Ideas set.
