LEGO Modular 10297 Boutique Hotel: what to know

LEGO today unveils the Structure 2022, the benchmark 10297Boutique Hotel with its 3066 parts, its seven minifigs and its retail price of 199.99 €, a construction that incorporates the Modular Buildings Collection and who intends to celebrate as it should be the 15 years of this universe very popular with adult fans.

For the occasion, LEGO is offering a hotel flanked by an art gallery that pays a discreet tribute to the set 10182 Coffee Corner marketed between 2007 and 2009. The hotel is installed on a 32x32 base plate and extends over two floors, it will easily find its place in a street corner and LEGO promises us that it is filled with more or less subtle references or evident in previous sets in the range.

The hotel's three bedrooms have their own unique style, there is only one bathroom for everyone, and the art gallery is topped by a removable terrace. The construction is divided into five sub-units: the ground floor with the reception of the hotel on one side and the art shop on the other, the first floor with two bedrooms, the second floor in penthouse style, the roof with its glass roof and dome and the small terrace with its bar. Dimensions of the model: 25 cm long, 25 cm wide and 39 cm high. Public price: 199.99 €, availability announced for January 1, 2022.
