If you have a young fan of the Ninjago universe at home who also enjoys collectible cards, now is the time to make them happy.
Dipa Jeunesse launches the second series of LEGO Ninjago collectible cards based on the animated series with a starter pack and a whole series of multi-packs accompanied by various exclusive cards. Visually, the cards are quite successful.
I have no idea how this collectible card game works and how successful it is, but if the publisher is launching a second wave it is because the concept has probably found its audience. In total, the young collector will be able to collect 50 cards Hero, 50 cards Bad guys, 40 cards Action, 20 cards vehicles, 10 cards Mega hero, 10 cards Mega Villains and 18 limited edition cards.
The big novelty of this second series is apparently linked to the 36 cards Puzzles which offer new possibilities to vary the sequences of play. Without doubt super cool.
If you have a player at home, please let us know their opinion on the concept in the comments. At home, we're more into Pokemon at the moment, after a brief stint through wrestling cards (Slam Attax and company ...) and Yu-Gi-Oh! ...
The publisher has thought of everything and the game is available with a whole series of packs available on newsstands:
- A starter pack (7.95 €) with the album allowing to store the cards of the game, a booster of 5 cards, a limited edition card (Classic Lloyd), the rules of the game, the inventory grid of acquired cards and two game maps.
- Two multi-packs with magazine (5.95 €) containing 5 boosters of 5 cards and a limited edition card: a version with the card nail and a version with a card Classic Cole.
- Two multi-packs (5.50 €) containing 5 boosters of 5 cards and a limited edition card: a version with the card Kai + Nya team and a version with a card Python. In each booster, you are guaranteed to find a special card.
- Boosters of 5 cards sold individually.
Finally, it is possible to order individual cards to complete your collection on www.abo-online.fr.
The publisher provided me with three starter packs. We do as usual, you have until October 20 @ 23:59 pm to show up in the comments if you want to discover this game.
Update : The winners were drawn at random and were notified by email, their usernames are indicated below. Without a response from them to my request for contact details within 5 days, new winners will be drawn.
