LEGO has a new service that should appeal to anyone who regularly looks for ideas on how to assemble alternative models with the contents of the official sets: Lego remake.
The principle is simple, it is also very similar to the more ambitious one proposed by the platform Rebrickable whose creator was moreover involved in the creation of this new space: Half a dozen "Fan Designers"provide the list of parts and assembly instructions for simple MOCs made from the content (total or partial) of certain boxes.
For the moment, the content of this new service which should make the happiness of the youngest and fans of all ages looking for inspiration is still limited to a few references from the LEGO City range, but I hope it is 'will quickly expand to other ranges.
Any initiative aimed at highlighting the real purpose of LEGO products (Assemble, disassemble, build something else, etc ...) being good to take, I hope that this service will evolve over time with the arrival of many MOCeurs who will be able to put their talent at the service of all and especially the youngest who will find here some simple and quick ideas to implement with a limited inventory.
