According to Jedi News, the capture above is from a mini trailer for the LEGO Star Wars Rebels range broadcast on the Disney XD channel.

Even if they are minifigs in digital version, we discover for the first time what seems to be the look of the Inquisitor in LEGO version who escorts here Ezra Bridger, the young cadet of the Imperial army who went to the Rebels. with a few Stormtroopers.

To be taken with a grain of salt while waiting for a possible upload of the full video of this trailer.
