LEGO Technic 42056 Porsche 911 GT3 RS: And now the packaging problems

After the gearbox not as sequential as expected and the strange noises observed when moving the vehicle, the set LEGO Technic 42056 Porsche 911 GT3 RS again talk about him with a new problem.

It is now the packaging which is in question and which is currently undergoing modifications. The very thick instruction booklet would be the cause of damage to the boxes placed at the four corners of the box: When shipping the sets, this booklet placed in the center and which weighs more than 1.3 kg moves slightly and comes crush the different cardboard boxes as you can see in the photo above (This is the set I received).

The modification of the product packaging is the cause of unavailability of the set on the LEGO Shop currently. The set is, however, readily available in LEGO Stores: LEGO explains that the sets delivered to the official stores are packaged on pallets and that in this case the packaging therefore does not suffer the damage observed during shipments of sets to the unit via the LEGO Shop.
