The best LEGO Star Wars fakes ...

Over the years, they come back tirelessly to feed rumors and speculations ... AFOLs get carried away, analyze, hope and in the end face the facts: All these sets are fakes, "fakes", montages carried out by MOCeurs on the occasion of contests or by smart kids anxious to create a buzz or to mislead the community.

Each blurry photo that comes out on a forum or another creates the event and some are sometimes those of sets to come.

But often, without checking anything, many forumers propagate these visuals and add their version of the facts: We are always dealing with a guy who knows a guy who knows the guy who empties the trash in Billund and who found this precious image often blurry.

Obviously, this type of gross forgery never lasts long. The most informed AFOLs dismantle these rumors with great reinforcements of deductions, analyzes and arguments.

In the end, we talk about it, we propagate and we comment. LEGO must be rubbing its hands in its corner, because with AFOLs, advertising is always free ..... 

Below is a selection of what we find in terms of boxes designed by a few talented MOCeurs (or not ...) and some crude fakes that have circulated on the forums. All these boxes have been around the web, and we find them periodically in some Youtube videos or on some flickr galleries.

None of these sets officially exist in the LEGO range, I repeat once again, just to make myself understood ....
