London Toy Fair 2013: The FBTB Review

London Toy Fair 2013 report published by FBTB concerning the next sets of the LEGO Star Wars 2013 range published just now is very interesting, so I will summarize it for you below.

Overall, we will remember that 2013 will be the year of remakes :

75015 Corporate Alliance Tank Droid : The set is similar to that of 2009 (7748) in terms of construction. The minifig endowment includes a Clone Trooper, a BattleDroid and an unreleased Jango Fett.

75016 Homing Spider Droid : the set is similar to the one released in 2008 (7681). A little Spider droid is included. On the minifig side: one Clone Trooper, two Super Battle Droids and an unreleased minifigure whose name could be something like Adi gallia.

75017 Duel On Geonosis : It is a playset allowing to reproduce the confrontation between Yoda and Dooku which takes place in theEpisode II Attack of the Clones.
The two minifigs are unseen, Dooku is in the image of Christopher Lee and Yoda has a head with unpublished molding and painting. The set includes many accessories reproducing the different items that Dooku uses against Yoda. Also included: a Pilot droid and Poggle The Lesser.

75018 Jek-14 Stealth Starfighter : A set from the "The Yoda Chronicles" range, with a black and red spaceship. No minifig was present. Are planned: Jek-14, a Separatist Bounty Hunter, Special Forces Clone Trooper and an Astromech Droid named R4-G0.

75019 AT-TE : A set similar in appearance to the 2008 version (7675). Included: an unreleased minifigure of Mace Windu, Coleman Trebor, a Clone Trooper Gunner And two Battle droids.

75020 Jabba's Sailbarge : The set presented was still in preliminary version, in particular at the level of the wing. The barge is smaller than that of the 6210 set released in 2006.
The Jabba figure is the same as the one in the 9516 Jabba's Palace set. Includes: Max Rebo, a never-before-seen Weequay, a never-before-seen Ree-Yees and a new version of Leia in a bikini. R2-D2 is present in a brewery server version. The side parts of the barge open as on the 2006 model.

75021 Republic Gunship : The set is similar to the 2008 version (7676) with, however, some modifications, in particular with regard to the cockpit bubbles. On the minifig side: An Obi-Wan and an Anakin both unreleased, a new ClonePilot, a new version of Padme Amidala in her white outfit seen in Episode II, a Clone Trooper Officer and 2 Super Battle Droids.

75022 Mandalorian Speeder : Nothing exciting about the speeder, a Darth Maul version "semi-robot-returned-from-the-dead"whose minifigure was not presented, and two Mandalorian Commandos unpublished.

75023 Star Wars Advent Calendar : The usual mini ships, some minifigs including a Young Boba Fett and the exclusive minifig: Santa Jango Fett.
