lego batman magazine may 2019 2

If you like minifigs and collectible card games, you should know that the first issue of the new LEGO Batman magazine is currently available on newsstands.

Beyond the usual comics, posters, various and varied games and other advertisements, this magazine sold for € 6.50 allows you to obtain the Batman minifigure with face in Dark Flesh already seen in the set 76111 Batman: Brother Eye Takedown, a five-card deck and an exclusive card from the new game the magazine is promoting. The rules for this game are provided, but I haven't had the patience to try and figure out the mechanics of it.

With number 2 slated for July, you'll get a Superman minifigure already seen in the set 76096 Superman & Krypto Team-Up accompanied by a container of Kryptonite. The magazine will also allow you to obtain a second "special" card from the game out of the four to collect:

Bad news for anyone who relied on LEGO Star Wars MEGA Magazine Issue 6 to get a minifig: unlike to what was announced in the inside pages of the previous magazine, two mini-models are delivered with this new number.

This month we must therefore be content with the Ghost and the Sandcrawler, two constructions already delivered with numbers released in 2017. No Snowtrooper or Kana Jarrus, as initially announced.

That being said, the two models provided are pretty cool and you can even use the Ghost to recreate a particular scene from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story when you have also purchased the set 75244 Tantive IV. I know it's far fetched but I do what I can ...

In the pages of this new magazine, no indication of the mini-model that will accompany the next issue. The assortment planned for the beginning of the year has probably been modified and Panini is no doubt playing the card of caution to avoid disappointments ...

The editor, who reads your comments on these publications, has been kind enough to send me again ten copies of this issue. They are therefore brought into play as usual. To participate in the raffle, simply post a comment on this article before May 11 at 23:59 p.m..

Update : The winners were drawn at random and were notified by email, their usernames are indicated below. Without a response from them to my request for contact details within 5 days, new winners will be drawn.

LEGO Star Wars Magazine N ° 6 (April 2019) - Resistance Bomber

The issue 6 of the official LEGO Star Wars magazine hits newsstands and it's an unprecedented micro-scale interpretation of the Resistance Bomber seen in The Last Jedi which is delivered this month.

For a model of this scale, it's pretty convincing. The 37 parts are quickly assembled and the ship may find its place in a diorama featuring the version System from set 75188 Resistance Bomber if you want to add a perspective effect to your presentation ...
Funny detail, the ship makes use of two transparent handles usually seen in the hands of different superheroes to embody the canopies of the cannon bubbles present on the ship.

In May, the MEGA version of the magazine will take over with two products to choose from: The Sandcrawler microphone already offered in July 2017 and a Snowtrooper or the Ghost already offered in February 2017 and the Kanan Jarrus minifigure offered in January 2017, which is not exclusive since it is the one delivered in the sets 75084 Wookie Gunship (2015) et 75141 Kanan's Speeder Bike (2016)

A minifigure is always good to pick up, so this May issue should be of interest to many fans. I remind you that the models provided are visible through the plastic overwrap of the magazine, so you will know what to expect at your usual newsagent.

Panini, who reads your comments on these posts, has been kind enough to send me again ten copies of this issue with its Resistance Bomber. They are therefore brought into play as usual. To participate in the raffle, simply post a comment on this article before April 21 at 23:59 p.m..

lego starwars magazine slave one march 2019

The number 5 of the official LEGO Star Wars EXTRA magazine arrives in newsstands and it allows us to obtain a mini Slave I of 31 pieces in Limited edition which I find really very successful.

It is better proportioned than the polybag 6964 model from 2004 (25 pieces) and it is logically less detailed than the version of the Brickmaster 20019 polybag from 2011 (76 pieces). It is in my opinion a good compromise.

In the pages of this new issue, we also discover the contents of the bag that will accompany issue 6 of the LEGO Star Wars magazine in April: This is a Resistance Bomber (The Last Jedi) of 37 pieces also rather well designed.

Among the mini-models to come in the coming months, I can already tell you that there will be a Millennium Falcon (Solo), an IG-88 assassin droid or even a First Order Stormtrooper ...

Panini, who read your comments on these publications, has been kind enough to send me again ten copies of this new issue. They are therefore brought into play as usual. To participate in the raffle, simply post a comment on this article before March 17 at 23:59 p.m..
