Minecraft: The movie will be released in May 2019

Fans of Minecraft and LEGO derivatives based on this video game can now prepare for the film's release which is announced for May 2019.

I was one of those who did not give a lot of skin from the LEGO Minecraft range, but it must be admitted that since 2012, with the launch via the LEGO Cuusoo concept of the reference 21102 Minecraft Micro World, this range, which today has around twenty boxes, has become a permanent fixture in the manufacturer's catalog.

Barring an incident, LEGO should therefore logically provide a minimum service in the next three years to keep its customers under the elbow and try to profit in the long term from the possible success of the film.

While it's unclear whether the half-dozen sets based on the film The Angry Birds Movie are selling well, the film is a big hit in theaters. The different studios are therefore increasing the number of projects of the same type, notably with a "Emoji Movie"planned for 2017 and even a"Tetris Movie"to come ...
