MOC: Mini X-Wing Red Three by Stardusty

LEGO has produced several mini-scale X-Wings: A version in sets 4484 X-Wing Fighter & TIE Advanced (2003) et  6963 X-Wing Fighter (Japanese Kabaya version from 2004, with chewing gum), another in the set 30051 X-Wing Fighter (2010). Even if I have a soft spot for the official 2010 version which I find quite successful, I really like the one produced by star dusty, a young Croatian MOCeur of 14, who knew how to make an original use of certain parts. This X-Wing is arguably not the most faithful to the original, but it does have the merit of being visually consistent and ingenious.

star dusty is also the author of other pretty MOCs, always as visually nice and refreshing as this Speeder Bike K2-OBSB. Do not hesitate to visit his flickr gallery, it is full of inventive creations. This at least proves to us that talent is not a quality reserved for the oldest AFOLs or the most fundamentalists when it comes to MOCs ...
