MOC: X-Wing by Andreas

Echoing the discussion on Eurobricks where a slew of AFOLs gargle (as usual) to overanalyze the blurry photos published in recent days including that of the set 9493 X-Wing Starfighter, here is a MOC that if it is not necessarily very faithful to the original has at least the merit of innovating a little in terms of design and parts used. 

This is not the first in this case, the X-Wing having been the subject of countless MOCs, but I find it sympathetic and "refreshing" ....
