The LEGO Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles range has therefore been officially announced and the first set 79104 The Shellraiser Street Chase (image above) will be unveiled at the LEGO booth during New York Comic Con 2012. According to the official press release, the range will be launched in January 2013 in the USA and Great Britain and later in the year for the rest of the world.

The LEGO lineup will be directly based on the 26-episode, 30-minute animated series airing on the Nickelodeon channel.
