We told you: The LEGO Simpsons are coming in 2014!

This is the Danish newspaper dr.dk which confirms the information I told you about on the blog few months ago : The Simpsons are coming to LEGO!

Mads Nipper, LEGO Marketing Director, had all but confirmed the partnership with 20th Century Fox Television in March 2013, but it took several more months for the rumor to become reality.

Still according to Mads Nipper, the launch of this new range will be prudent, no doubt with small sets in very limited numbers, or even characters sold alone.

Depending on customer response, LEGO may consider developing a full line around the characters and their worlds.

No other information for the moment, but the 2014 retailer catalog does indeed integrate this new range, some privileged people have been able to discover the preliminary visuals.
