You know if you follow, LEGO organizes a big contest for the Christmas holidays with the possibility of winning one of the 5 personalized lists with a value of € 600 put into play. But it is also possible to win one of the 1500 pairs of official LEGO slippers offered for the occasion.
These mysterious slippers, here they are in the photo above. They are really successful, with a big embroidered logo, a very thick and padded sole and they are even made in France (for those who are reassured).
As LEGO France was kind enough to send me a pair, I suggest you try to win it. And like a pair of slippers, it's cool, but we're mostly here to talk about bricks and minifigs, LEGO had the good idea to add a copy of the set 10245 Santa's Workshop that the winner will receive with their new pair of slippers.
In a more personal register, I also take my hat off to the new . de the LEGO France facebook page who has been able to recreate a real closeness with French fans by responding to all the requests from LEGO lovers, curious customers, parents in distress, unhappy AFOLs, etc ...
It is much less corporate and tongue-in-cheek than before, it's much more lively and interactive and we can now ask all the questions that come to our mind without having the impression of speaking in a vacuum: We have the assurance that they will be read and if the subject calls for a response, it usually arrives very quickly.
Let's get back to our slippers: To participate in this contest, it's very simple, answer the question below, fill in the fields of the form, validate your participation before Monday November 16 at 23:59 pm and let's go! I specify for all intents and purposes that there is no wrong answer ...

I am sending you here the email I received from the publisher Huginn & Muninn about the Rebel Box and the error concerning the visual used on the packaging to symbolize the polybag delivered in this box.
Huginn & Muninn therefore recognizes the error and intends to be forgiven by its customers by offering to offer a gift to all those who have purchased this box.
If you bought this box, take a picture of it along with the invoice or sales receipt and contact the publisher.
Well done and thank you to Huginn & Muninn for this quick reaction which will obviously be greatly appreciated by LEGO fans who regularly spend their money in the various books offered by this publisher!
We do note an illustration error on our Rebel Box and we apologize for it.
These books are complex to make and require several contributors in several countries, we had to modify the initial project being designed, which is always risky.
We thank the active Hothbricks community for providing us with this information which will allow us to work better.
We promise to send you a gift from our LEGO range to apologize, send us a photo of your box and receipt on our Facebook page or at the address:n.tridemy@huginnmuninn.fr.

Among the LEGO Star Wars novelties of early 2016, there remains one set about which we do not know much at the moment: It is the reference 75139, known until now under the name "Battle of Takodana"(Public price posted by amazon.de: 59.99 €).
And the minifigure above, unveiled Our Instagram - by its new owner could well appear in this box: It is Maz Kanata, character played by the actress Lupita Nyongo'o seen several times full of sensors on the set of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Maz Kanata also appears on the official film poster (next to R2-D2) and would therefore be the alien creature that owns the ruined castle seen in the film's trailer.

The LEGO Star Wars polybag 30605 Finn (FN-2187) is already available in some regions and it contains a leaflet that reveals 8 of the LEGO Star Wars sets expected for the first half of 2016:
|
Each set is staged on one side of the sheet and the other side presents all the minifigs that will be available in these different boxes.
Update : For all those who zoom in desperately on PDF grouping together many 2016 sets (City, Friends, Elves, Technic, Super Heroes, etc ...), you will find the visuals of each of the sets mentioned in this document (except those for which we have a more recent visual or best quality) in their original resolution on Pricevortex.
The next LEGO Star Wars book, soberly titled Chronicles of the Force, which will join in May 2016 two other works of the same type already published (LEGO Star Wars: The Dark Side et LEGO Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles) is revealed a bit with this visual of the cover.
As usual, the included exclusive minifigure won't be revealed until later by the publisher and I'll let you try to guess the character involved based on the illustrative cutout on this provisional cover.
The 96-page book is already available pre-order from amazon at a rate of 16.34 €.
Featuring the latest LEGO® Star Wars ™ sets and minifigures, LEGO Star Wars: Chronicles of the Force is a fun and informative guide to a LEGO galaxy far, far away. . .
A must-have for fans of the live-action Star Wars saga and its LEGO incarnation alike, this is the most up-to-date companion to LEGO Star Wars, with detailed information about the latest sets and minifigures and illustrated with extensive photography. Featuring an exclusive new LEGO Star Wars minifigure, LEGO Star Wars: Chronicles of the Force follows the same format as DK's LEGO Star Wars: The Dark Side and LEGO Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles. |
