The Arc Reactor MOCs, Tony Stark's source of vital energy, are few and far between. And crazy just sent me his by email.
The result is interesting and regulars of the blog will have recognized thanks to a few design details the MOC which was freely inspired. crazy for his version of Iron Man's Arc Reator. This is obviously the Arc Reactor by Mr Attacki I was telling you about here a few months ago.
After multiple attempts to obtain a reduced size version, crazy arrived at this nice compromise. Good work.
It's almost Christmas, and collectors of LEGO Star Wars products of all kinds know it well, a beautiful tree must have at least one Hallmark decoration hanging from one of its branches.
After Darth Vader in 2011 and a Stromtrooper in 2012, the manufacturer of decorations and ornaments Hallmark declines its range under license LEGO Star Wars and presents, a little in advance, its new creation for 2013 with in the spotlight the inevitable Yoda.
Personally, these characters to hang on the branches do not attract me at all, so I regularly ignore this type of goodies.
It is sold $ 14.95 on the official website of the brand and sometimes on amazon.
Christmas is approaching at high speed, quickly take out the crib and the fairy lights ...
If you follow, you probably remember this competition organized by LEGO in 2012 and whose objective was to market the model designed by a MOCeur on the basis of the frame of the set 9398 4x4 Crawler.
The winner, rm88, had won with almost 50% of the vote during the vote organized to determine the creation which would be published in 20.000 copies and put on sale on the LEGO Shop as of August 1st (US price announced: $ 199.99 ).
To be honest, I'm not a big fan of the Technic range: Excavators or trucks, very little for me.
But this variant of the set 9398 4x4 Crawler, motorized, equipped with LEDs for the headlights, new really successful rims and an original look will undoubtedly encourage me to make a foray into this range.
The MOCeur winner of the competition offers exclusively, and this is quite normal, the first review of this set of 1585 pieces which will be marketed under the reference 41999.
Spin on his website discover his first impressions as well as the many photos he offers and you will no doubt be conquered as I am by this exclusive edition.
Reception of the exclusive Yoda minifigure printed in 1000 copies and distributed at the Toys R Us store in Times Square during the presentation of the giant X-Wing which took place at the end of May. The minifig accompanied the set 9493 X-Wing Starfighter (Of which the giant model is the replica) covered with a cardboard insert in the colors of the saga The Yoda Chronicles
This is the opportunity to take a small photo of this minifig and the two polybags that I brought from the LEGO Store located near the Rockefeller Center during my last trip to attend New York Comic Con 2012 (40025 NYC City Cab & 40026 Statue of Liberty).
I was wondering what to do with these two polybags, Yoda gave me the answer ... Patient you had to be to use these three elements wisely ...

It has become so rare that when a LEGO product comes out in French, I have to mention it: The LEGO Batman movie Super Heroes Unit and the illustrated encyclopedia accompanied by the Batman minifig in version Electro Suit are finally available in French at amazon.
The cover visual presented above is a preliminary version, the final product will be identical to the English version (See here).
No Clark Kent minifigure with the DVD, but it's still better than nothing.
To pre-order the LEGO Batman Super Heroes Unity Movie DVD (€ 9.99) click here.
The DVD, which will be released for July 3, is also available for pre-order, still without a collector's minifig, for € 10 on fnac.com (Click here).
To pre-order the LEGO Batman illustrated encyclopedia (€ 20.86) click here.
