Small reminder for all those who have not yet purchased one of these sets and who intended to do so one day: Here is the current list of sets that will be soon removed from the LEGO catalog.
10193 Medieval Market Village (79.92 € on amazon.fr)
3178 Seaplane (9.45 € on amazon.es)
3661 Bank & Money Transfer (34.52 € on amazon.es)
3677 Red Cargo Train129.99 € at amazon.de)
3856 LEGO® Ninjago (15.14 € on amazon.it)
8043 Motorized Excavator (148.50 € on amazon.it)
9441 Kai's Blade Cycle (11.50 € on amazon.es)
9558 Training Set (€ 12.46 (£ 9.89) at amazon.co.uk)
These sets are obviously still available at some merchants including amazon, at correct rates for the moment. But their withdrawal from the LEGO offer will, as usual, lead to a rise in prices (the 10193 should flare up quickly) with merchants on Bricklink or on the various marketplaces.
You can follow the evolution of the list of sets scheduled for collection in the LEGO Shop US here.
I received a few days ago the custom Flash minifigure produced by Christo. It is superb, nothing to say about the finish or the screen printing.
Without getting too wet, we can tell ourselves that if LEGO ever released this character in a minifig version, the result would undoubtedly be very close to what Christo offers ...
Below is the comic version of Gordon also produced by Christo, accompanied by a Batman also found on eBay.
The Dutch merchant site Brickshop.nl announces some release dates for new LEGO Super Heroes lineup planned for 2013.

76002 DC Universe: Superman - Metropolis Showdown (44.99 €) - May 2013
76003 DC Universe: Superman - Battle of Smallville (44.99 €) - May 2013
76004 Marvel: Spider Man - Hunting with Spider-Cycle (26.99 €) - January 2013
76005 Marvel: Spider-Man - Mission at Daily Bugle (49.99 €) - January 2013

I will add these sets on pricevortex.com as soon as they appear on the different versions of Amazon.
Another high-flying MOC offered by Swan Dutchman with this aesthetically very successful Jedi Interceptor Dark Green that fits beautifully into the Hyperspace Ring.
This MOC is reminiscent of the Jedi Interceptor from the set 9494 Anakin's Jedi Interceptor released in early 2012.
The only regret at my level, the fragility inherent in the massive use of SNOT, especially on the wings, which will confine this MOC to the exhibition.
In this regard, I think that the overall solidity of the result should be more often at the center of the concerns of OMCs. Too often I see beautiful creations which use sometimes ingenious techniques but which involve too great a fragility of the final result.
I remember in particular being disappointed by reproducing a Tumbler which was certainly visually successful, but which fell apart when you simply tried to move it.
Meeting on Swan Dutchman's gallery to discover other views of this MOC.
Should aesthetics take precedence over construction techniques at all costs? Give your opinion in the comments, I'm curious what you think.
Here is a nice mini-scene proposed by Joshua Morris aka I Scream Clone. To be honest, I'm not always a fan of mini-skits in this format, but on this one the contract is fulfilled. I have a little more trouble with scenes that are too simple, which often include a single piece of wall, wall or a rock and a few minfigs.
The support is sober, elegant, and its unique vocation is to highlight this perfectly reproduced layer of snow that spreads irregularly. It's cleverly thought out, just like footprints in the snow. The speederbike is also very successful.
Meeting on the I Scream Clone flickr gallery to discover other images of this MOC and take a look at the other achievements of this talented MOCeur.
