Two new LEGO promotional products that will soon be offered on the official online store and in LEGO Stores are now referenced with, on the one hand, the launch of a new series of sets highlighting different types of traditional dwellings across the world and on the other a small diorama which will serve as decoration on the occasion of a birthday.
Note that the title of the set 40583 Houses of the World 1 and the official description of the product confirm that this little box will be joined by others on the same theme bearing the references 40590, 40594 and 40599 respectively. These different dwellings can be combined together like a linear diorama based on Modulars.
We also discover that these products inaugurate a new unified design assigned to promotional products offered under condition of purchase by the manufacturer with a small logo in the form of a gift on the box and a banner which insists on the fact that these products are "editions limited".

We do not yet know precisely the terms of the two offers that will make it possible to be offered these two new promotional products. According to the latest rumors, the set 40583 Houses of the World 1, valued by LEGO at €19.99, will be offered for purchases over $250 (€200?, €250?) from January 15 to 25, 2023. 40584 Birthday Diorama is for its part valued at 12.99 € by the manufacturer.
For those who are interested, know that the two novelties of the Botanical Collection LEGO are now referenced on the official store and it is now possible to pre-order these two boxes with an availability promised for February 1, 2023:

The jury in charge of counting the votes for the competition organized as part of the partnership between LEGO and W aiming to produce a set on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the license Dungeons & Dragons gave its verdict: it is no surprise that the creation Dragon's Keep: Journey's End who wins. LEGO designers will now work on adapting this construction of almost 3000 pieces as an official product of the LEGO Ideas range, which should not be marketed before 2024.
Like every year, LEGO is watering many of its polybag resellers who, in principle, should help them promote the different ranges marketed and the new bags planned for 2023 are starting to be available everywhere. These polybags are generally sold for less than 4 or 5 €, it is not uncommon to see them offered on condition of purchase from one retailer or another.
If, like me, you hunt polybags from your favorite ranges, here is a list of those that are already known in the ranges concerned. In addition to the bags already known and/or already available, other references are planned for this year with availability announced for the months of February, March or June 2023. It should be noted that LEGO has clearly not yet intends to replace plastic bags with cardboard boxes for these small products sold or offered.

We end the tour of the three packs of LEGO BrickHeadz minifigures under license The Lord of the Rings with a quick overview of the contents of the set 40632 Aragorn and Arwen, a small box whose inventory of 261 pieces allows you to assemble Aragorn and Arwen, all in exchange for 19.99 € since January 1, 2023.
The two characters are here in wedding attire and considering the usual limitations of the BrickHeadz format, I think the designer is doing well. We recognize the two outfits seen on screen in the film The king's return, and even if Arwen's dress is a bit sad in the LEGO version, the most significant attributes of each character's outfits are there.
Three pretty pad-printed pieces are delivered to embody the headdresses of the two bride and groom and Aragorn's armor, they are all very well executed and contribute greatly to giving these figurines a little character. We regret despite everything that the golden zone on Aragorn's breastplate is a little pale, it is in any case much less contrasted than on the official visuals.
I also salute the work of the graphic designers on this product, the elements in question are very well stylized and fit perfectly on these two figurines. For the rest, it's pretty convincing except maybe for Aragorn's beard which gives the impression that the character is wrinkling a toothless mouth.
As often, these figures are assembled in a few minutes and they simply repeat the usual techniques, but LEGO delivers the two characters with separate bags and instruction booklets which makes it possible to share the experience.
The return of The Lord of the Rings license to LEGO is good news for fans, even if the latter did not necessarily expect this reboot to be done via a few figures in BrickHeadz format divided into three packs of two characters of uneven quality. We will have to do with it while waiting for better.
The simple presence of the license logo on these three boxes will however be enough to make them products in high demand, even among those who usually ignore these cubic figurines. As far as I'm concerned, the fact of being able to immerse myself in the world of the license via these few constructions will also have been enough to make me happy, that's already it. As the saying goes, "for lack of thrushes, we eat blackbirds".
Note: The set presented here, provided by LEGO, is as usual involved. Deadline fixed at 14th January 2023 next at 23:59 p.m. Just post a comment under the article to participate. Your participation is taken into account regardless of your opinion.
