2 Much Caffeine is at the top of its art in micro-scale MOCs: The one it offers today is still a fine example of miniaturization and original use of parts usually devolved to another use. The scene is simple but effective, I just maybe regret the size of the SandCrawler which seems to me slightly out of proportion.
But let's not quibble and appreciate the man's creativity. Take the opportunity to go for a walk on his flickr gallery.
The name of the two winners drawn by lot by my son among all the nicknames who posted at least one comment on 30/04/2012 at midnight is displayed in the image above. They each win a TC-14 Chrome Silver minifigure.
They will be contacted individually at the email address they provided when posting a comment.
For the others, it will not be for this time, but stick around, I will have something else nice to put in play in a few days.
Finally, here are the large format visuals of the novelties of June 2012, thanks as always to GRogall. You won't blame me for staying in my positions: The set 9500 Sith Fury-Class Interceptor remains my favorite of this second wave 2012, both for the ship and for the minifigs ...

The issue of build quality had already been addressed with the first sets of the LEGO Super Heroes range whose production seems to be mainly managed by the new Mexican factory of the manufacturersystem. (above, the visit of a local overseer, Rodrigo Medina, to the plant in question)
In addition to packaging errors including I was already talking to you in January, some buyers of the set 6858 Catwoman Catcycle City Chase noted the surprising fragility of the slopes of Batman's jetpack (see this article).
It's the turn of the Marvel range to undergo the same criticism from American buyers Regarding the build quality: Some noted that the legs and the helmet of Iron Man have strange cracks, Hawkeye and Bane would also be concerned by these cracks in the plastic which would not however be due to intensive handling of the minifigs.
Another buyer notes that his alien minifigure from the set 6865 Captain America's Avenging Cycle has streaks on his face, while another finds that Captain America's shield also has cracks in the paint. This same shield is also affected by problems with centering the screen printing.
We will add a buyer who noticed big centering problems on the stickers of the set 6865 Captain America's Avenging Cycle and, while these sticker printing issues are commonplace at LEGO, it's starting to get a lot going and the list goes on ... A dedicated topic to all these problems is also open on Eurobricks.
Some will argue that the LEGO service is excellent and that you just need to call to get a part exchange. Either, and so much the better, given the price of the sets in question ...
Despite everything, I therefore recommend that you examine your LEGO Super Heroes sets from all angles and do not hesitate to come to LEGO for a quick replacement of any parts that may be defective or damaged.
If you encounter the same problems as those mentioned above, please let us know in the comments of this post.
We were impatiently awaiting them and here they are finally, unveiled by The Daily Brick (Their RSS feed has also been added to Brickvortex for those interested): The visuals of the 3 sets of the second wave of the Planet Series mini-range are finally available.
Availability is a priori scheduled for the month of June, and the prices should be the same as those charged by honest sellers on Series 1.
