74-Z Speeder Bike by Larry Lars

A quick ticket for this Larry Lars Speederbike. Not that we haven't seen dozens of MOCs of this machine, and it's not to create a diversion or relax the atmosphere on the blog, but it's a nice achievement with the clever use of some parts of which this is not the primary function.

This is also the opportunity to show you here the version of Tiler on flickr. We will note some similarities between the two machines, the two creators also exchange a few courtesies on flickr about the authorship of the montage, to come to the conclusion that the same idea can germinate in the minds of two talented MOCeurs and that this does not pose any particular problem ...

Special thanks BigHobbit for the info, moreover thank you to all those who send more and more emails to inform me of the various news published on the Internet, you are a real source of information that I obviously take very seriously.

EB games offers the promo that changes everything with an exclusive minifig (reference LEGO 30164) of Lex Luthor in uniform Power Suit (seen in the game trailer offered for any pre-order of the game in ps3 version ou Nintendo DS. The offer is apparently exclusive to this merchant, but I think we'll see it again at other vendors soon.

LEGO Cuusoo: Comics! Comics! Comics!

A Cuusoo idea which caught my attention and which promotes the concept of comics based on minifigs and LEGO gear. This concept is not new, LEGO regularly includes small comics in its sets as is the case with the Super Heroes range today. It can also be found in the LEGO Magazine as it was the case in the January / February 2012 issue with 4 pages on the Star Wars theme.

LEGO knows how to stage its production through various media: Animated films (Clutch Powers), short films intended for TV broadcasting (The Padawan Threat) and why not a range of comics? Obviously, the scenarios would have to be a little more elaborate than the few Ninjago or Star Wars boards to which we are entitled in the LEGO Magazine, but I would be the first to agree to pay a few euros to regularly find the adventures of my minifigs favorites ....

And you what do you think ?
