Well, the title, I know, I shouldn't have ...
Here is the Rancor seen by 2x4, author of several MOCs which I have already told you about here.
Obviously, it's well done, it's pretty, well presented and creative, but I can't help but think back to that scene seen in the cartoon The Padawan Threat where we discover a Rancor figurine whose passage in production would delight me ...
And I would be even happier if this figurine was delivered in a set reproducing the pit of the creature that would fit under the Jabba palace of the set 9516 Jabba's Palace planned for this summer ...
While waiting for my dream to come true and to see more about this 2x4 achievement, go to his flickr gallery.
He is the type to whom we must complain or congratulate depending on the case because he is the origin of several sets of the LEGO Super Heroes 2012 range (DC Universe & Marvel).
To his credit : 6858 Catwoman Catcycle City Chase, 6860 The Batcave, 6863 Batwing Battle Over Gotham City or the latest news from the Marvel range with sets 6865 Captain America's Avenging Cycle et 6869 Quinjet Aerial Battle.
Originally from Portugal and member of LUG Lusitanien 0937 Community since 2008 he joined Billund in October 2010 as a Designer.
Do not hesitate to visit his flickr gallery, he presents his work and comments on each image with some behind-the-scenes information on the design of these sets he worked on.

There are guys who spend their time as best they can and others who watch them ... tested.com, the brilliant idea that came to the two friends of the video is the following: Et si on balait un SSD (10221 Super Star Destroyer) against the Death Star (10188 Death Star) just to see ? (and to create some buzz)
The experience is not really conclusive especially when the guy who aims the Death Star with the SSD is a stick ... I'll let you watch, it's edifying ...
Well, after all, there is no breakage, it's LEGO ...
I'm not always a fan of LDD (LEGO Digital Designer) creations ... But this time, I'm amazed.
These lightsabers are beautiful and I tell myself that LEGO would do better to offer us this kind of product in the form of a set in a special UCS range with presentation sticker and all the tintouin rather than certain sets seen and reviewed ...
A saber handle, a support, the minifigure that goes with it, a presentation sticker with some technical characteristics to do well and presto, packed it's weighed. The AFOLs would be happy and that would change us a bit from the Jedi Starfighters in the chain ...
Okay, no more dreaming, go to the flickr gallery of Scott Peterson to admire his (digital) work, you might have a dream tonight in which you will find these sabers in the toy department of your favorite store ...
You are bored while waiting for the next stamped photos Confidential ? Going around in circles wondering if you're going to spend your vacation savings on the next wave of Star Wars sets?
So I have something to occupy you ... with the creations of Nicholas foo, a guy who has the privilege of being a LEGO® Certified Professional and who had fun a few years ago creating alternative models on the basis of official LEGO sets.
So get out your bricks and get started with these models based on the sets below, the links of which will take you to the Brickshlef gallery of Nicholas foo where the photos and instructions are.
Not all in the best taste, but if you have some time to spare instead of watching TV, it's always a winner ... or not.
