Did I ever tell you that I can't stand the so-called artistic photos of Stormtroopers any more? No doubt yes.
But that doesn't mean that I don't like LEGO photography, quite the contrary. I came across tonight the flickr gallery by Jim Walshe, a photography enthusiast and apparently LEGO enthusiast who produces very beautiful images.
These two pictures bear witness to this. The one featuring the Kaadu at the start of the ostrich race made me smile. That of the Vulture Droids of the set 30055 Droid Fighter convinced me that a beautiful photo can definitely enhance a set that at the start is nothing exceptional ....
Jim Walshe presents more photos on his flickr gallery and I hope he produces some more LEGO-themed ones in the future.

He is the author of many quality MOCs, including the Batmobile I was telling you about here, and each of its achievements is successful and convincing. SHARPSPEED comes back here with an ATV intended for Robin.
The chassis is inspired by the model of Mongoose Halo 3 by Justin Stebbins aka Saber Scorpion and SHARPSPEED adapted it to the colors of Batman's wizard. This machine can accommodate a minifig without problem and is equipped with an independent suspension ...

Here is a MOC which excited me at first glance.
It is arguably not the best Batpod released to date, but the result is astonishingly original with many parts whose original use has been diverted.
However, the whole may seem a little fragile but I remain thrilled by the ingenuity deployed by the MOCeur.
For reference, Cam M. posted the visual below from which he was inspired for this creation.

Here is a MOC of a machine which is not present in the cinematographic saga but which comes from the video game Star Wars Battlefront. This is a reconnaissance machine, a reduced and specialized version of the A5-Juggernaut that we know well.
Indeed, LEGO has already produced sets with machines from the Juggernaut family (A6): 7261 Clone Turbo Tank released in 2005 and 8098 Clone Turbo Tank released in 2010. We even got the Mini Clone Turbo Tank with the set 20006, set released in 2008.
Davor is doing a fine job here on the tracks or on the armor, the rendering of which is exceptional. The multiple rocket launcher is also very well integrated into the structure. I'm a little less a fan of the cockpit, the finish of which could have been better, especially at the angles.
The whole thing consists of 2400 bricks and you can give your opinion or learn more about the dedicated topic at Eurobricks.
And yes, there are some who have no luck ... Opening of the box of the day, and unpacking. The drama, a part is missing (Cone 1 x 1) while 4 more unused parts on this model are in the bag. and here I am stuck on the construction of this OG-9 Homing Spider Droid, a well-known actor of the Clone wars and that LEGO produced in the system range in 2008 with the set 7681 Separatist Spider Droid.
So I replace the room with another found in the souk of my son's room to take the photo.
If any of you have any missing pieces, please let us know in the comments.
In the meantime, you can always console yourself with this uninteresting mini-set with the Midi-Scale version of Brickdoctor whose .lxf file can be downloaded at this address: 2011SWAdventDay4.lxf .
