Chrome Imperial Speeder Bike by Cole

I show you here this Speederbike, which is still more impressive by the parts used than by its design.

The bricks used were provided by Chrome Bricks. For those who do not yet know Chrome Bricks, this is a brand that offers parts for sale in version Chromium Gold, Chrome Silver et Copper (Copper), and for some time in version battle look, Metallic Gold et metallic Silver.

The prices are up to the job done, and will discourage some. Nevertheless, if you are looking for the part that will make your MOC or your custom minifigure an extraordinary achievement, it is on Chrome Bricks that you should look ... Wheels, helmets, tiles, slopes , flat, everything is there ...

Chrome Bricks enjoys an excellent reputation on Bricklink and ships from Germany.

Cat Burglar by Peter Taylor

Wow, here is an MOC in 8x8 thumbnail form that impressed me at first glance. Licked decor, perfect staging, photos that highlight everything ... and Catwoman ...

The pitch is simple: Catwoman has broken into the Gotham City museum by evading the surveillance of the guards and is about to steal a valuable diamond. But the guards have already notified Batman via the Batsignal visible behind the window of the museum room. Catwoman therefore decides to set sail and slips away in silence.

This scene is in competition as part of the competition Eurobricks Batman Contest. Other views are available in the flickr gallery by Peter Taylor.

The Skiff Patrol by CAB & Tiler

We are moving up a gear at CAB & Tiler with this reinterpretation of the Desert Skiff seen in the set 7104 released in 2000 and which, despite its charm no doubt linked to a great wave of nostalgia that overwhelms us when we take it out of its packaging, remains a simplistic vehicle and not very convincing when we look at it more closely.

Calin offers his version of the Desert Skiff also known as the Bantha-II Cargo Skiff, while respecting the colors Brown, Dark / Light Gray and Tan used in the original set. The design of this machine is convincingly similar to the model of the film and Calin features Lando Calrissian, an EV-9D9 droid for Jabba the Hutt and a Weequay Guard Custom from Christo.

The weapons come from Brickarms : Sword ($ 1.0) mounted on a U-Clip ($ 0.25).

Below is a view of the Bantha-II Cargo Skiff seen in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi.

Green-machin-mobile by LEGOmaniac

After its Batmobile, LEGOmaniac is now offering us a GreenLanternMobile which enters the competition wheels of justice organized on FBTB.

What to say, except that the subject is not simple and that LEGOmaniac is doing quite well with this machine, mix between the Ghostbusters ambulance and a roadster from yet another tuning show broadcast on Discovery Channel.

Special mention for the oversized barrel and the mix of green parts which ultimately works quite well. Let us not forget that Hal Jordan, member of the brotherhood of Green Lanterns and of the Justice League, materializes his thoughts to equip himself with weapons or vehicles allowing him to get out of all the bad places ... and with this thing-mobile, it should be able to allow LEGOmaniac to win the Wheels of Justice contest.

Jawa Spotter by Omar Ovalle

And they watch you in their speeding helicopter steampunk-post-apocalyptic-but-still-modern.

It is true that we are more used to seeing them moving around in Sandcrawlers. Omar Ovalle imagined a light machine allowing them to fly over the desert plains of Tatooine in search of broken down droids or spare parts to sell to local farmers .....

Once again, Omar gives us a device that could be part of the range System without any problem, and a beautiful visual for the box that would make us want to buy this set around the corner.

In the same vein, he offers us a version of IG-88, assassin droid and bounty hunter, in a Battle Pack including 3 droids and a speeder that I would have preferred black. Once again, the visual of the box is excellent, and would encourage consumption if the product really existed in the LEGO range .....

More fictitious sets in the flickr gallery d'Omar Ovalle.
