Another oversized and simply breathtaking MOC.
Sven Junga has embarked on the design of a HAVw A6 Juggernaut, and the result is truly impressive: around 15.000 pieces, 120 studs long, an interior fully fitted out on the scale of minifigs, these are the numbers that announce the color .
There are constraints however: this MOC does not roll, its wheels are not movable and the weight prevents any movement.

We can also regret the slightly "square" and angular side of the whole.

If you have a few minutes in front of you, go see the gallery of this extraordinary MOC on MOCpages at this address.

This MOC is not very young, but when I came across it, I said to myself that it was worth talking about.

Here we are far from the Cloud City seen by LEGO with 10123 set 2003, which sells today at indecent prices, and which apart from the ultra-rare minifig of Boba Fett (Printed Arms & Legs), is not worth a nail ....

This MOC is exceptional in all respects, the view presented here suffices to express the level of detail and the fidelity of the reproduction.

By making you at this address, you will be able to admire other photos, and the original plate of the MOC having been used to take these pictures. Enjoy yourself, while the photos are still online.

Another MOC which pays homage this time to an unknown device from the Star Wars saga.
The T-16 Skyhopper appears just seconds in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi.
LEGO has made an interpretation with the set 4477 released in 2003 which will not leave lasting memories.
BrickDoctor, well-known MOCeur, delivers here his interpretation of this vessel.

A Eurobricks forumer, Solscud007, was able to photograph prototypes of minifigs intended for sets planned for summer 2011.
Even though we already know what these minifigs will look like, it's still interesting to see what were the intermediate stages in the design of these characters and their accessories.
We will note the preliminary versions of the hair of Luke and Leia, or the accessories of Darth maul and Captain Panaka.

To see more, and in particular the different sets before applying the stickers, go to the topic of Solscud007 at this address at Eurobricks.

15/02/2011 - 21:09 Lego news
I give you some additional information from Toy Fair 2011 about the Star Wars themed advent calendar planned for this year: The set should (everything is conditional as usual with LEGO) consist of 266 pieces, as indicated on this preliminary visual, and should be available in August 2011 (?!) for the modest sum of $ 39.99 or € 29.99 with us, as usual with LEGO there too ......
In addition, the box indicates that there will be 16 mini-models and 8 minifigs. (Depending on what my eyes are able to read ...)

According to FBTB (From Bricks To Bothans), this set will be officially presented at Comic Con 2011 which will take place in San Diego from July 21 to 24, 2011.
