If you have not yet bought all your Christmas gifts, King Jouet is going for a lightning offer valid only on November 1 which allows you to obtain an immediate discount of € 20 for every € 100 of purchase, i.e. 20 % reduction.
The maximum amount that can benefit from this discount is capped at € 700 in store purchases (those that are open) and € 1000 in purchases on the brand's website. Online, the discount is automatically applied to your shopping cart.
I recall in passing that the packs of four minifigs in limited edition Jurassic World (ref. 5005255) et Ninjago (ref. 5005257) are currently available in stock.
(The offer is already active online)
Here is a second piece of good news regarding the limited edition minifig packs containing four characters from the Harry Potter (ref. 5005254), Jurassic World (ref. 5005255), Marvel Avengers Infinity War (ref. 5005256) and Ninjago (ref. 5005257) licenses. ).
The King Jouet brand will be there, it will exclusively ensure the marketing in France of two of the four packs, the Jurassic World references (ref. 5005255) with Ian Malcolm, Claire Dearing, Owen Grady, a chicken leg and a micro-dino and Ninjago ( ref. 5005257) with Harumi, Jay, Mohawk and Nya. The price of these boxes is announced at 19.99 € per unit.
There are therefore two brands, Toys R Us (see this article) and King Jouet, who share the distribution of the four existing sets and this is excellent news both for the fans but also for these brands who will benefit from the interest in these sets.
Regarding King Jouet, the sets are currently being delivered and will be online on the site from this Saturday. To avoid the inevitable out of stock which will quickly result from the rush on these sets, the brand will limit the number of copies to three per order.
Watch the "Rare Products" section of the brand's website if you don't want to miss Ian Malcolm ...
Update : both packs are now available:
The series continues around the possible availability in France of limited edition minifig packs containing four characters from the Harry Potter (ref. 5005254), Jurassic World (ref. 5005255), Marvel Avengers Infinity War (ref. 5005256) and Ninjago licenses. (ref. 5005257).
As evidenced by the photo below uploaded on a facebook group, things are becoming clearer today with the announcement in a store of the sign (that of Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire near Nantes) of the imminent arrival of two of these packs.
So it is now confirmed that it will be fine Toys R Us which will ensure the distribution of these packs in France. It remains to be seen whether the four references will be available, whether their distribution will be generalized to all stores and the brand's website and how the distribution / marketing of these packs will be ensured. Keep an eye on the "Exclusives" section of the brand's LEGO space.
In the meantime, I myself received a copy of the Marvel Avengers Infinity War box set (ref. 5005256) from the brand, which we will talk about in more detail on Brick Heroes and which will be put into play as usual. .
To be continued in the next episode.
(Thanks to Pierre for the alert)
Today we are talking again about the four packs of limited edition minifigs (LEGO ref. 5005254, 5005255, 5005256 and 5005257) which should in principle be sold / offered by the Toys R Us brand at the start of the school year.
This will at least be the case in Germany as indicated in the available flyer. These packs will be free from 40 € purchase in LEGO products.
However, nothing indicates that the offer will be available in France: In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, the Toys R Us stores are taken over by the Irish Smyth Toys, this is not the case in France. In the USA, the Barnes & Noble brand will distribute the Harry Potter pack (ref. 5005254), other brands will have exclusivity for the other planned packs.
It should be noted in passing that the Toys R Us logo initially present on these packs has been removed. There is talk of direct distribution by LEGO in some countries where Toys R Us has not existed for a few weeks.
For the moment, Toys R Us France, placed since last July in receivership with an observation period of six months, has still not confirmed that these boxes of four characters will be sold / offered in its stores and on his website. I think that if Toys R Us France does not distribute these packs, there is a chance that LEGO will therefore do so directly with us also via its official online store and in the LEGO Stores.
Below, the individual references of the planned packs, you can at least try to find them on eBay:
