Confirmed: The LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 5002125 polybag containing Electro's minifig based on the version of the character seen in the movie The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is now referenced at Toys R Us (USA) where it will be offered for sale for $ 3.99.

If you have had the patience to wait until now without spending more than a hundred euros to offer you this minifigure, you are rewarded: This bag will soon be available in volume on bricklink ou eBay against a few dollars.
