LEGO just announced the result of the second phase of LEGO Ideas evaluation for the year 2021, with a batch that brought together 34 more or less successful ideas but which had all been able to gather the 10.000 supports necessary for their passage to the review stage.
Two projects are definitively validated: A-Frame Cabin by Andrea Lattanzio (Norton74) and BTS' Dynamite by Josh Bretz (JBBrickFanatic) and Jacob (BangtanBricks).
Everything else goes directly to the hatch including the project Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs whose fate was in suspense, for various and varied reasons which are not officially communicated by LEGO. The manufacturer is usually content to specify that he can only produce and market a limited number of products in the LEGO Ideas range and that the quantity of ideas validated during each review phase is therefore not proportional to the number of competing proposals.
If you have time to waste, you can always try to guess who will emerge victorious from the next review phase, the results of which will be revealed in the summer of 2022.
36 projects are in the running, there are some more or less interesting ideas, but the vast majority of those who managed to qualify their project will undoubtedly have to settle for the "consolation" endowment consisting of LEGO products with a total value of $ 500 offered to everyone who reaches 10.000 supporters.
