Those who have decided to bring together the "VIP Coins"offered as rewards by LEGO via the VIP program will be able from May 20, 2021 at 10:00 am to obtain the fifth and last of the collectible coins bearing the reference 5006470 LEGO Logo Corner. Once again, 1150 points (€ 7.67 in exchange) will have to be exchanged to obtain the code valid for 60 days which allows the precious reward to be added to a future order.
Note that the collective display (ref. 5006473) which allows the five pieces to be assembled has not been available for a long time and that it will be necessary to be content with individual packaging or redeem the thing to someone who has been more far-sighted through the aftermarket.
This new piece will therefore join the four other references already available: 5006472 LEGO Castle Corner, 5006471 LEGO Pirates Corner, 5006469 LEGO Team Octan Coin et 5006468 LEGO Classic Space Coin. One important detail: LEGO is announcing that these four other pieces will be available again later in the year, offering another chance to complete their collection for anyone who missed one or more of these pieces.
If you haven't already done so, take a few minutes to answer the questionnaire posted by LEGO in the VIP rewards center. The manufacturer asks a few questions about your perception of the program, the relevance of the rewards offered or the ideal availability of the various more or less exclusive rewards which are generally sold out within a few minutes after they are put online.
There are about twenty questions to sweep through, everything is completed in a few minutes and failing to see things evolve quickly, you will at least have the satisfaction of having sent your comments directly to LEGO.
Do not hesitate to go into detail when this is offered to you, a few concrete examples of what disappoints you, exclusive products that you missed or rewards sold out too quickly will support your possible remarks.
Small reminder to the attention of all those who said to themselves "II would have to take advantage of the doubled VIP points on the Shop, I'll see that tomorrow ...": the offer launched on April 12th ends tonight at 23pm.
We cannot stress enough, this recurring offer at LEGO is not really competitive with the prices offered by many other brands on most of the sets in the catalog. However, it can be interesting for the acquisition of an exclusive box, temporarily or not, on the official online store.
Note that the offer also applies to new products from the LEGO Harry Potter range currently in pre-order: 76386 Hogwarts: Polyjuice Potion Mistake (€ 19.99), 76387 Hogwarts: Fluffy Encounter (€ 39.99), 76388 Hogsmeade Village Visit (84.99 €) and 76389 Hogwarts Chamber of Secrets (139.99 €).
For each product purchased, you accumulate double points during the period indicated and you will then have to exchange these points for a reduction voucher to be used on a future purchase via the rewards center. 750 VIP points accumulated give the right to a reduction of 5 € to be valid for a future purchase on the official online store or in a LEGO Store.
Also remember to check that your VIP account has been credited with the number of points promised. If not, a call to customer service is required to resolve the problem.

The operation quickly turned into a fiasco but no one was really surprised: the launch of the set 5006744 Ulysses Satellite (236 ) via the VIP Rewards Center took place this morning as planned but it will have generated a lot of disappointment among those who could not access the overloaded platform for long minutes. Access was then possible without hindrance later in the morning, but the obviously very limited circulation product was obviously already out of stock for a long time.
LEGO ultimately breaks down a standard press release that is sent to anyone who takes the time to complain to customer service. Nothing new, it's pure marketing language in version "damage control": The manufacturer apologizes, says listening to his fans, guarantees that what happened this morning will be examined more closely and promises to do better in the future.
... We're very sorry about your experience with our current VIP promo. We do our best to make sure items like this one are available to as many LEGO® fans as possible, and we know how disappointing it can be when you can't get the LEGO set that you want. Listening to our fans helps us get better, so thanks for letting us know we got it wrong this time. We're taking a very close look to see what wasn't quite right, and I've shared your comments with the correct team so we can do better in the future ... |
If you're one of those left on the sidelines this morning and want it to be known, you can always reach out to customer service to (politely) show your annoyance and disappointment. You will get a few hundred VIP points as compensation.
Here we go again for a period during which VIP points are doubled for any purchase made on the LEGO Shop. The offer is valid until April 20, 2021.
We cannot stress it enough, this recurring offer at LEGO is not really competitive with the prices offered by many other brands on most of the sets in the catalog. However, it can be interesting for the acquisition of an exclusive box, temporarily or not, on the official online store: 10283 NASA Space Shuttle Discovery (€179.99), LEGO Ideas 21326 Winnie the Pooh (109.99 €) or 10295 Porsche 911 (139.99 €) for example.
For each product purchased, you will accumulate double points during the period indicated and you will then have to exchange these points for a reduction voucher to be used on a future purchase via the rewards center. 750 VIP points accumulated give the right to a reduction of 5 € to be valid for a future purchase on the official online store or in a LEGO Store.
