The information is not verifiable for the moment but it is spreading via forums and social networks: The two exclusive minifigs planned by LEGO this year for the San Diego Comic Con are The Atom (Ray Palmer), with a minifigure based on the character seen in the TV series Arrow et Legends of Tomorrow and Captain America (Steve Rogers version as HYDRA agent).
The Atom therefore joins two exclusive minifigs also based on the Arrow universe distributed during San Diego Comic Con: Arsenal in 2015 and Green Arrow in 2013.
Like every year, these two new exclusive minifigs will probably be distributed via a raffle. They will then be available in handfuls of twelve on eBay for a few hundred euros.
We must now wait until LEGO decides to upload the visuals of these two minifigs for final confirmation.
