I told you about it briefly in the post on his video review of the UCS 10225 R2-D2 set, Artifex offers its LED kit to give your favorite droid a little life and I tell myself that LEGO should have included this office lighting in this set.
For $ 14.98 you can add 8 LEDs, 4 on the front and 4 on the back, and make your R2-D2 more than a lifeless, lifeless pile of bricks. As usual with Artifex kits, you will need to get some additional parts that will replace the existing parts in some places in order to facilitate the passage of the cables and the positioning of the LEDs.
You can buy this kit directly from his online store or his eBay store.
Small clarification: I do not gain anything by promoting this kit, I just find the idea excellent and LEGO should really be inspired by what Artifex offers in order to add a little fun in certain sets intended for collectors ...
