too old for this shit

We have only been talking about this on the internet since yesterday, Episode VII, the shooting of which will begin next May, will therefore take place about thirty years after Episode VI Return of the Jedi. It's practical, Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher have all taken 30 years since the last opus of the Original trilogy and Disney will save on makeup.

Disney also announces that theEpisode vii will feature some old acquaintances as well as a new trio of heroes about whom nothing is known yet. Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher will be there, there is almost no doubt about it. On the side of Harrison Ford, it is in my opinion less certain even if we can assume that the negotiation with Disney around the next episodes of the Indiana Jones sagas will perhaps impose on the actor an appearance in theEpisode vii to give character to the whole and ensure a passing of the torch in the rules.

In short, we don't know much more than before, and on the casting side, it's total blur. In my opinion, we should not get too carried away with the most prominent actors nowadays, Disney is capable of pulling us out of the hat some young "house" products totally unknown but destined to become planetary stars.

After all, the rooms will be full regardless of the criticism, the cast or the script. A new Star Wars film, we will first see it before concluding that it was better before, that the actors are bad, that the scenario is poor and that Disney has ransacked everything.

Wait and see ...
