If you are a fan of Star Wars and derivative products based on the franchise which will resume service on December 18 at the cinema, you probably already know that Friday September 4, 2015 is the day chosen by Disney to launch on a scale world an unprecedented marketing and commercial operation pompously named "force friday".
From midnight, it will therefore be possible to spend your money on products derived from the film. Star Wars: The Force Awakens. No need to have seen a movie to afford a souvenir, now we do the opposite ... LEGO will obviously be there with seven boxes that should be on sale from D-Day on the LEGO Shop and in the LEGOs Blinds. Those in a hurry will be able to treat themselves and parents who are wondering what to offer for Christmas will have nearly four months to organize themselves and put a Millennium Falcon under the Christmas tree.
Unfortunately, it's still unclear whether this massive launch will be an opportunity for the most die-hard fans to be rewarded for their readiness to spend their money. LEGO has not yet announced any promotional offer specific to this force friday, although I hope that we will at least have the right to an exclusive polybag for the occasion ...
Nothing either from the side of the French brands specializing in toys. While Toys R Us USA is currently communicating extensively on this operation which will take place in less than a month, with an exclusive brick and LEGO Star Wars poster offered to the bravest who will be there at midnight, the merchants of France are still strangely silent. .
And you, what are you going to do on September 4th? Will you be in front of your screen from 00:00 to acquire the new LEGO Star Wars sets? Who will pay more than 600 € to afford the entire new wave of sets?
- zelk : Not motorized and difficult to set up. For half...
- Mathieu : The station is beautiful! It would go well with the modular style hotel...
- crazybattle : It's well done... A beautiful set, no doubt...
- zelk : Quite successful, a few euros less would have been appreciated...
- Bebrasta : Quite convincing I would say. We even have the right to tile...
- Bebrasta : I find the result rather satisfactory, at least on display...
- Thund3R : Better than the old one, but no Droidoka in my home at the price...
- brickbangtheory : A nice batch but it will cost me less than the last...
- Banzaiman : Yeah, nice. The "fragile" side would make me hesitate......
- Siobann34 : Mazette, and my credit card which has already melted for series 1 😨😛...
