On the LEGO Shop: modification of the return policy

For those who are used to the official LEGO online store, be aware that the return policy applied by the manufacturer will change from June 1, 2023: the period for returning products that do not suit you for free will increase from 90 days from from receipt of your order to 35 days. The initial deadline was very generous, the one that will now apply is a little less so, but it will remain largely sufficient. This change also affects purchases in LEGO Stores.

No change in the refund period for returned products, it remains fixed at 14 working days from receipt of your return.

This modification is not yet displayed on the page dedicated to shipping and return conditions, this measure does not come into force until June 1st.
