These are no longer leaks, but floods ... One month before the actual availability of the minifig promo planned on the LEGO Shop and in the official LEGO stores for May 4, 2012, it is already possible to get this bag on eBay for the modest sum of 91 € and with free shipping ....
The reputable seller located in Hong Kong had 6 pieces of which 3 were sold at the time of this writing. (thank you rrrho1138)
