It's confirmed, there will be a DVD edition of the 22 minute LEGO Star Wars animated short The Empire Strikes Out.
And to top it all off, we will also get an exclusive minifigure with this DVD, contrary to what was announced a few months ago.

It will join the Santa Darth Maul from the LEGO Star Wars 2012 Advent Calendar and the Santa Yoda from the 2011 Advent Calendar in the section of somewhat useless but collectible minifigs.
