We stay in The LEGO Movie 2 theme with a quick look at the contents of the set 70823 Emmet's Thricycle! (174 pieces - 14.99 €).

Emmet's tricycle to be assembled here has three wheels, but they are aligned to form a somewhat wacky machine and probably difficult to pilot. To be checked in the film, but it seems that the various elements of the machine are salvage parts from the Construct-O-Mech from the first film.

Emmet, here accompanied by Planty, takes his place in the cockpit and the wheel in contact with the ground drives the other two by friction when the tricycle is in motion. Useless, but why not. The machine only stands up thanks to the two folding supports placed at the bottom.

Luckily, there's also a nasty brick-based DUPLO alien. System and an additional construction in this little box. The Octan gas pump with its two vintage-look stickers will find its place at the foot of Apocalypseburg if you have invested in the set 70840 Welcome to Apocalypseburg.

The set which features the gasoline pump also serves as a storage space for the tricycle, the lower supports of which slide into the spaces provided. LEGO only provides one minifig in this box and this is again the usual version of Emmet ...

In short, not enough to philosophize for a long time on the content of this funny little set which should appeal to the youngest. It is a choice of a product to add to the shopping cart before checking out or a complement for those who want to expand their diorama in the center of which is the city of Apocalypseburg. They caused a sensation in the trailer for the film, here they are finally available in The LEGO Movie 2 range: The Accessory Pack with two Sewer Babies (LEGO ref. 853865) is now on sale in the LEGO Shop at the retail price. from 12.99 €.

It's obviously a bit expensive for two babies, Sharkira without her helmet, yet another Emmet minifigure and a car wreck, but if you have already spent € 299.99 to give yourself the set 70840 Welcome to Apocalypseburg, you are probably no longer close to that.

Note that the designers of the set had anyway planned to sell you the accessory pack in question by casually placing a hatch with a manhole cover at the foot of the Statue of Liberty. It's also a way of reminding yourself that without these babies, your set is not quite complete ...

So you can proudly slide your two babies into the small space provided for this purpose. We won't see them again, but as usual for LEGO fans, the important thing is to know that it's there.

Notice to ultra-compulsive collectors who do not want to miss out on everything related to products derived from The LEGO Movie 2: McDonald's is currently celebrating with key chains containing various games (but no LEGO bricks nor minifigs).

There are eight different keychain designs to collect with Cool-Tag, Unikitty, Superman, Wonder Woman, Emmet, Steelbeard, Batman, and a DUPLO alien and you'll have to eat a lot of Happy Meals to get them ...

The attachment of these key chains looks slightly different from the toys supplied to the USA by the brand and Americans are entitled to Ultrakatty and Sweet Mayhem but not Metalbeard. Nice (paid) exchanges in prospect on eBay between seasoned collectors.

On newsstands, it's the metallic bag containing a minifigure ... of Emmet, his torch and some tools that you can get for the modest sum of € 6.50. For the price, you will also be entitled to a special edition containing a few pages of games and even an album accompanied by 5 stickers to collect.
