If you collect the sets from the LEGO Star Wars range, here is a book that will likely join your library in the coming weeks.
On 320 pages, we are promised the "ultimate" encyclopedia bringing together the entire LEGO Star Wars range from its creation to the latest sets marketed.
The few examples of interior pages below seem to confirm the really exhaustive side of the thing: the thematic pages even include the micro-things seen in the various Advent calendars produced so far.
No surprise here, it is above all a large summary catalog based on official visuals of the Star Wars sets and minifigs marketed by LEGO since 1999 which will probably already be obsolete when it goes on sale.
The 75192 Millennium Falcon set, which was yet to be announced when the book was finalized, may be in attendance but that is not confirmed. Same uncertainty regarding sets based on the film The Last Jedi which were launched on September 1st. The official description of the work only mentions sets based on The Force Awakens et Rogue One.
No exclusive minifig with this book. The publisher will have considered that the content of this thick volume sold for 35 € will be enough to motivate the fans.
The English version of the book is announced for October 3, 2017. French version will follow from November 10.
I prefer the original versions of these books, they are also generally much cheaper than the French versions. I note, however, that Qilinn is making a significant effort this time to align the price of the French version with that of the original version.
