After christo's version equipped with a helmet which is not necessarily unanimous and that of minifigs4u, rather successful despite an average rendering at the level of the legs, it is the turn of QualityCustomBricks to propose a custom Flash minifigure.

Only regret for me, the face a bit too "stylized" of the minifigure.
