A-Wing Hangar by TomSolo93

If you don't know what the greebs or the principle of greebling, here is the perfect opportunity to discover this cryptic term which refers to the micro-details created using (small) pieces that are arranged in a (often) random or (sometimes) organized manner.

Thomas alias TomSolo93 presents here a concrete example of what it is possible to obtain by multiplying the small parts on the walls of his hangar housing the A-Wing from set 75003 released this year.

Some will appreciate the integration of these many parts to simulate pipes, conduits, levers, etc ... while others will find the result too loaded for their liking. As everyone knows, tastes and colors cannot be discussed.

The fact remains that I really like this type of staging, which allows a vessel to be displayed on a piece of furniture or a shelf by presenting it in a context that really highlights it.

Other photos can be found on TomSolo93's flickr gallery.
