In any case, this is what the message I have just received from the LEGO sales department suggests, which explains to me that it was total panic in recent days, that I must not worried, LEGO will "make"and I will end up receiving one day my boxes of the set 21109 Exo-Suit ordered last August 1st on the LEGO Shop.

IF I understood the content of this message correctly, the break is therefore only temporary, contrary to what can be said everywhere, no need to go on eBay and pay for this set three times its price.

If your order is also pending processing, you should receive the same message.

We are sorry that you have not received any mail from us regarding your order. Due to a slight technical problem in our computer system, a large number of emails were not sent. Our technicians are working on the problem right now and should have it fixed very soon. You can nevertheless check the status of your order by going to:

The Exo Robot surprised us with its extreme popularity and the controls turned out to be much larger than expected. The stock is currently exhausted and we are working hard to make more.

The next delivery to our depot is scheduled for September 11th. If you intended to gift this set, we would be happy to send a message to your LEGO builder to explain the delay.

If you wish to cancel your order, let us know and we will do it at no cost. The bank details you provided when ordering are only used for prior authorization. Your account is not debited until the parcel is sent.
