If you follow Hoth Bricks, you know that I rarely resist MOCs replicating the Rancor. The beast is still awaiting its incarnation in the official version and many MOCeurs regularly go to their heart's content to fill this gap.
It's Daiman Mardon's turn to offer his version, with plenty of imagination and some great touches, particularly the textures of the arms created from the Reddish Brown 4x4 wedges of the dragon from the Ninjago 2509 set ... The MOC builder explains that the legs are made entirely of bricks due to the weight they have to support and that this model is primarily intended for display, rather than play. Special mention goes to the face, which is particularly expressive and leaves no doubt as to the beast's aggression.
