76048 Iron Skull Sub Attack: Iron Man Mark 37 "Hammerhead"

Another minifigure that escaped from the Mexican factory of the LEGO group and found itself for sale on the internet : Here is the MARK 37 "Hammerhead" version of Iron Man which will be delivered in the set 76048 Iron Skull Sub Attack alongside Captain "Scuba "America, Iron Skull, and a HYDRA soldier.

The armor in question made a cameo appearance in the movie Iron Man 3 as well as in the official video game based on the film.

The minifig above is not complete, part of the armor is missing, visible on the (almost) official visual uploaded and then removed by LEGO a few weeks ago.
