9526 Palpatine's Arrest: kesako ???

I come back briefly to this set 9526 Palpatine's Arrest, announced but never officially shown by LEGO and due out in June 2012 with the rest of the second wave of sets.

This set is not new as a concept. In May 2008, Toys R Us launched the operation 2009 Fan's Choice Set and consulted the AFOLs by offering them to choose the set they would like to see edited among 3 options. This is the set 7754 Home One My Calimari Star Cruiser which had been chosen at the time and which was therefore produced.

The project called The Arrest of Palpatine had finished second in the standings ahead of Slave I and Cloud City Landing Platform and the file mentioned the presence in the scene of the film concerned of Mace Windu, Saesee Tiin, Agen Kolar and Kit Fisto, the 4 Jedis who invest the Chancellor's office. Windu is doing a little better than his fellow Jedis and even finds himself in a position to settle his fate with the Chancellor. But Anakin Skywalker has arrived in the meantime and slices off his hand before Palpatine sends him out for the air.

Indeed, in this scene from theEpisode III Revenge of the Sith, Saesee Tiin, Agen Kolar and Kit Fisto didn't last long and were taken out by Palpatine in seconds. But their presence in set 9526 is almost required to hope for something correct.

Unless LEGO focuses on the fight between Palpatine, for whom a double-sided face would be a good thing, Anakin and Windu, which is the end of the scene in question.

In my opinion two options:

1. A set with Mace Windu, Saesee Tiin, Agen Kolar, Kit Fisto, Anakin and Palpatine / Sidious. A chair, a desk, a movable bay window.

2. A set with Mace Windu, Anakin and Palpatine / Sidious. A portion of bay window with a mechanism that allows it to jump to eject Windu.

This set 9526 Palpatine's Arrest will undoubtedly be an exclusive Toys R Us, La Grande Récré or LEGO Shop, as usual with the sets which are unveiled very shortly before their marketing.
