The Insiders preview launch of the LEGO Star Wars set Ultimate Collector Series 75397 Jabba's Sail Barge from October 3, 2024 will allow all those who make the effort to spend without delay the €499,99 requested by LEGO for this large box to obtain a copy of the LEGO Star Wars promotional set 40730 Luke Skywalker's Lightsaber.

This offer will be valid until October 10, 2024 at best and while stocks last. We can safely bet on an almost instant stock shortage of this promotional product of 145 pieces whose inventory will allow to assemble a reproduction of the handle of Luke's saber in version Return of the Jedi.

This is the third interpretation of a saber handle by LEGO after the references 40483 Luke Skywalker's Lightsaber (2021) et 5006290 Star Wars Yoda's Lightsaber (2020)

LEGO today "officially" unveils the LEGO Star Wars set Ultimate Collector Series 75397 Jabba's Sail Barge, a box of 3942 pieces which will be available at the public price of €499,99 as an Insider preview from October 3, 2024 before global availability announced for October 6, 2024.

The product inventory will allow, as the title of the set indicates, to assemble a model of the barge 77 cm long by 25 cm wide and 25 cm high and the product is accompanied by 11 characters: Bib Fortuna, Princess Leia, C-3PO, Max Rebo, Kithaba, Vizam, Wooof, a Gamorrean guard, Jabba the Hutt, Salacious Crumb and R2-D2. To be combined possibly with the LEGO Star Wars set 75396 Desert Skiff and Sarlacc Pit (79,99 €).

For the rest, I'll let you refer to the visuals below which confirm that the interior of the model will be accessible via the movable exterior panels and that there is room to install the entire cast provided. The model is as usual accompanied by a pad-printed presentation plate next to which it is possible to install the Jabba figurine. A brick celebrating the 25th anniversary of the LEGO Star Wars range is also provided.

LEGO also unveiled today a final box celebrating the 25th anniversary of the LEGO Star Wars range: the set 40755 Imperial Dropship vs. Rebel Scout Speeder.

This 383-piece box pays homage to the sets 7667 Imperial Dropship (2008) et 7668 Rebel Scout Speeder (2008) by modernizing the two main constructions and grouping the contents of these two boxes in the form of a single Battle Pack giant.

In the box, LEGO also includes a minifigure specially dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the LEGO Star Wars range: the astromech droid QT-KT, often nicknamed Qutee, who accompanied Aayla Secura during the Clone Wars.

This product will be available from October 1, 2024 at a public price of €39,99.

If you are a member of the LEGO Insiders program and have points to spend, you should know that LEGO is offering a special limited edition 85th anniversary LEGO BrickHeadz set with the reference 40726 Limited Edition Batman Collectible. This is a "collector's" version of the set. 40748 Batman 8in1 Figure on sale since this summer on the official online store at the public price of €24,99.

The inventory of 325 pieces is identical for both products with the possibility of assembling one of the eight versions of Batman:

This Insiders reward differs from the classic reference already on sale only by the presence of eight mini-posters that feature the different versions of the Gotham vigilante and a comic strip presented as "special". Everything is packaged in a pretty box with a very successful design.

The and 40726 Limited Edition Batman 85th Anniversary currently on the official online store seems to be intended for a later promotional offer and apparently does not include the comic book and the box set. Or it is the same product and LEGO has been up to its tricks again.

To get this limited edition product, you need to pay 3000 Insider points, the equivalent of €20 in exchange value, in order to obtain the single-use code valid for 60 days which must be entered during payment, in the field titled "Add a promotional code".
