Good surprise today with a relatively little seen character in the Star Wars range: The Astromech R2-Q5 droid.
To get it so far, you had to acquire the 10188 Death Star set released in 2008 and rightly considered the ultimate playset, with its 3803 pieces, 22 minifigs, mini Tie Fighter and numerous reconstructed scenes, that all good collector must have.
It is also found under the name R2-D5 following an unfortunate spelling error made by LEGO in the set 6211 Imperial Star Destroyer released in 2006.
Set 10188 is still sold for the modest sum of € 399 on the Lego shop, it is however possible to obtain it cheaper on Amazon depending on current promotions and price fluctuations, frequent and sometimes incomprehensible ...
For the record, this droid was assigned to the second Death Star and was destroyed in the explosion of the latter. He appears for the first time in theEpisode VI: Return of the Jedi.
So here is an interesting box for today, which will allow many young collectors to obtain an interesting minifig while waiting for the one of tomorrow that I already dread ...
