Because I like creator-sharers, here is a micro version of Poe Dameron's X-Wing proposed by Didier aka Did & TheBricks whose wings are made from LEGO brick separators that you can reproduce if your heart tells you.

You shouldn't have too much trouble finding in your bulk the eight dividers needed to reproduce this X-Wing, LEGO puts them almost everywhere ... The creations that incorporate this part are also legion, some more successful than others.

Didier kindly sent me the exploded view visible below, a story to facilitate the task of all those who want to get started.

While the acronym NPU (for Nice Part Use) is used today until the overdose on flickr and others, sometimes in a somewhat pretentious way, here is a perfect example of the diversion of the primary function of a part, in this case here a tool which allows to disassemble LEGO pieces without damaging your fingers, to integrate it into a successful creation.
