We knew that a new Visual Dictionary DC Comics was in the boxes and today we discover a first provisional cover of this book which will be accompanied by an exclusive minifigure.

That's all we know for the moment about this 128-page book in which will also be present the sets based on the film. The LEGO Batman Movie, we will have to wait a little longer to know which character will be provided.

The book is currently pre-order from amazon with a release date announced for September 6, 2018.

It is not yet known whether the French publisher Qilinn (Huginn & Munnin) will offer a French translation of this book within a reasonable time, which would have the merit of making it accessible to the youngest who do not yet master the language of Shakespeare.

I tend to think that this will be the case, Qilinn already offering the French versions of other works of the same type like The DC Comics Super Guide or even Encyplopedia of DC Comics Characters.

Get ready for the DVD / Blu-ray release of the new LEGO DC Comics animated film: T.

This new film, of which Batman is not the main hero for once, should bring a little freshness to the DC universe in LEGO sauce after the long series of animated films already released (LEGO Batman: Super Heroes Unit, Justice League vs Bizarro, Doom Legion Attack, Cosmic Showdown,Escape from Gotham City ....).

The really interesting question now arises: Which exclusive minifigure will come with this film? The visual presented at the end of the trailer does not give us any indication for the moment. There is no guarantee that a minifigure is planned to accompany the film ...

This animated film will be joined in 2018 by a second LEGO DC Super Heroes title about which we don't know much about at the moment: Aquaman: Rage of Atlantis.

The Mighty Micros range is the friend of collectors of Marvel and DC Comics minifigs: These small boxes do not take up space, they allow to obtain variants of characters with a more cartoon look than the versions usually present in classic sets and as a bonus LEGO provides two rather nice mini-vehicles per box, all for € 9.99.

The LEGO Juniors range will welcome two sets under license from DC Comics and Marvel in 2018 and we now know a little more about the contents of these boxes thanks to the official visuals.

As usual with the Juniors range, these sets are intended for a young audience in full transition between the DUPLO bricks and the format System. One should therefore not expect elaborate and complex constructions. The Batcave is simplistic as is the street scene in the Marvel set.

The vehicles are in the spirit of what the Mighty Micros range allows us to achieve.

Until we can buy the sets based on the film Justice League, here's something to wait with some official visuals of the DC Comics sets scheduled for early 2018:
