The Art of the Brick: DC Comics

Remember, a few months ago I told you about the next exhibition of Nathan Sawaya, world-renowned LEGO artist, some of you were able to admire the work of during the visit to France of the exhibition The Art of the Brig.

His next exhibition, which brings together more than 120 works based on the DC Comics universe, will open its doors in Sydney, Australia on November 20, before going around the world and probably passing through France.

History to salivate amateurs, the artist unveiled today the giant Batmobile (more than 500.000 bricks, 5.50 meters long) which will be at the center of this new exhibition.

71202 LEGO Dimensions The Simpsons Level Pack

While it's still not confirmed (or denied) that we'll be entitled to future sets based on the The Simpsons franchise and the possibility of an upcoming series of collectible minifigs on this theme seems pretty slim, we need to for the moment to be satisfied with the variation in the sauce LEGO Dimensions of this universe.

Three packs are on the program: The Level Pack 71202 above, already marketed to accompany the launch of the game and two Fun Packs (71211 with Bart Simpson et 71230 with Krusty the Clown) expected for next November.

The only interesting information at the moment: The part shown on the television Level Pack 71202 which displays the launch logo of the Itchy & Scratchy Show and which is exclusive until further notice. It's meager, but complete collectors are warned ...

As indicated by Matt in the comments, LEGO is currently making a small gesture to anyone ordering the set 71016 Kwik-E-Mart at the LEGO Shop : Three The Simpsons Collectible Minifig Series 2 Packets (Item # 71009) are free and automatically added to cart.

Note that it is not possible to choose the characters offered, LEGO sells these bags "blind".

The savings achieved are not gargantuan but the gesture is sympathetic.

21304 LEGO Ideas Doctor Who

Well, because the teasing, it's going well five minutes, that's what put an end to the operation of (too) progressive presentation of the set LEGO Ideas 21304 Doctor Who : Here is all the information you need to decide whether to buy this set or not.

The Doctor Who set 21304 will therefore be available from December 1st. at this address on the LEGO Shop and in the LEGO Stores for the retail price of € 54.99. In the box 623 pieces to assemble the TARDIS and the control room and some minifigs to accompany the whole: The Eleventh Doctor played on screen by Matt Smith between 2010 and 2013, the Twelfth Doctor played by actor Peter Capaldi, Clara Oswald (Jenna Coleman) who accompanied the two Doctors but who leaves the series for good, a Weeping Angel and two Daleks.
